Personal Background
At an early age, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to the arts, design, and creativity. My adolescence was spent between the low country of South Carolina and Asheville in the mountains of Western North Carolina. I have traversed extensively throughout the world and am an avid traveler in search for adventure and wanderlust. I attended the Otis College of Art & Design in Los Angeles, CA. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts with a focus on Motion Graphics, Photography, and Digital Media. Collectively, I have over 16 years of experience as a designer.
I have always been surrounded by healthcare and medicine my entire life. My father is a retired Emergency Room Physician, my mother is a retired ICU Nurse Practitioner, and my sister is a Phlebotomist for the American Red Cross. I fully embrace both western and eastern medicine and am a proponent of holistic and integrative wellness across the spectrum. In 2016, I transitioned into a new chapter in my life and enrolled at Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in Asheville, NC to pursue a Doctorate in Chinese Medicine. I consider this a natural evolution of a lifelong pursuit of dedicating my life to the arts, now incorporating health and healing.
